Mike Oliver has thirty years of public agency management and private sector experience.
Prior to joining the Municipal Resource Group, he was the Governmental Relations and Entitlements Director for Pacific Union Homes, working with local governments in development and entitlement processing activities.
He has served as the City Manager of the Cities of Oakley, Citrus Heights and San Leandro, with over twenty years of public management experience.
He has also provided consulting services for local governments, private sector clients and landowners seeking development and entitlement approvals for residential and commercial projects.
